In other words, a prime target to be taken advantage of for a quick sale. However at Galpin Ford, this couldn't have been less of the case! Jack Wallace was an AMAZING salesman and took the time to listen to my needs and help determine which vehicle would be ideal for me. He had already worked all day and stayed 3 hours past their usual business hours to make sure I got the absolute best deal. He is the definition of a genuine person, and not once did I feel uncomfortable or like I was being pushed around. My phone was dying and he even took the time to find me a charger! If you're like me and need a new or used vehicle but have no idea where to start, please go see Jack Wallace ASAP! Michael Gould in the Finance department was incredibly helpful as well. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the terms until I fully understood what they meant. He honestly was so kind and I truly appreciate that. Jose Gallardo is a superb manager, who represents the best of both worlds - a Superior Spanish Spirit and the Superior American Productivity and business ethics. You can tell a great manager, when everything is done quietly, seamlessly, with no apparent effort. It takes a talent, which Mr. Gallardo definitely has. The whole operation leaves you with an uplifting feeling. It's increadibly efficient an humaine. There are even no underdogs, lurking behind the scenes. All the employees are equally American, i.e. they take pride in their work. The old-fashioned way. Check this one out: I with my (then) 13-year old son rented a beautiful Ford Mustang Convertible to volunteer in the San Fernando Valley Veterans Day Parade 11.11.2014. All the guys at the front desk, - Jose, Oscar and Jessica and in the field at Galpin's Rentals were sympathetic to the cause, including Oscar, an esteemed veteran himself, and told me to let them know in advance when I rent for the same cause next year. This year, I did the same thing (both times we carried the Grand Marshal of the Parade, and the second run was with a veteran family). Not only did I get a brand new Mustang with, I think 10 miles on it, but they refused to accept (a laughingly small) payment. When I was getting the car in the morning - it was really a religious experience - Oscar half-seriously joked about me not scratching the car as it was brand new. Look at this: he cared about the car as though it were his own. These fine people are a pride and glory of our country! I've seen many businesses, big and small and many managers and CEOs. Galpin Ford Rental Division is a world's-class operation and Mr. Jose Gallardo is one of the best managers I have ever seen! Merry Christmas, Jose to you and your family! More

Quick and painless I came in knowing only that I wanted a smaller vehicle with great mileage. Jack immediate recommended either the fusion or the fiesta. We mostly laughed and it was kind of a slow night there so his colleagues would come over and joke from time to time. It was an overall great experience for my first car purchase.
