From start to finish, Galpin gave me the red carpet treatment. the ease of ordering, completion of paperwork in financing with Alex Elias, and the attention to details and follow up with me while waiting for my new truck to arrive was unmatched. This is my 8th Galpin purchase and I would continue to go back again and again. I must also say that all the sales staff I've worked with in the past were great but Randy Childress left a lasting impression on me. Good caring people are a rarity in this age, and Randy made me feel like I was his only client, and I value that. Made buying a car fun and easy! I lost my truck I used for both personal and business in a fire and was scared of the process of buying a car! I went to Galpin Ford almost expecting I lost my truck I used for both personal and business in a fire and was scared of the process of buying a car! I went to Galpin Ford almost expecting to get turned away because I don't have the strongest credit and my business is so new. I can't run my business without a vehicle, so I was just hoping and praying for a miracle! From the moment I walked in and met Bob Ware, he put me at ease assuring me that he would work as hard as he could to make sure I left with a vehicle that would be perfect for my business and be within our budget. Well let me say, not only did we get the car I had secretly dreamt of having, but he worked to make sure that it was well beneath what I said I could afford every month!
