Surprise Purchase, Very Happy These guys were great! I was originally only coming in for an appraisal and to browse stock, but I ended up buying a car that very same day! My old car died literally right outside the dealership, and I contacted Laz Accosta to let him know I wouldn't be able to make it, but he offered to get me out of the street, check out the car a little, and maybe even make a trade in offer for a car. They got me safely out of the road, shared some of the pizza they were all having and gave me time to de-stress before going over details. That's where Teddy O'Meir came in. He was great, no pressure, understood my budget, and swooped in to grab a car someone else was eyeing that ended up being perfect for me, 2013 Kia Optima. He took me on the test drive, answered all my questions, and got me a lower loan rate and got my monthly payment exactly where I needed it. Financial department was great too, they kept to my budget and didn't push any extra deals when I said I can't do anything higher than what I said. And then I was done, keys in hand ready to go! They took care of my old car (even got rid of papers I wanted to shred I had rolling around in the trunk by taking them to their shredder pick up!!!), stuck to my budget, and were fantastic.
