Don Rohde is outstanding! He delivered my van to my house. I heard great comments and reviews about Don Rohde. I was not sure what to expect but thought to give him a try. I called him on his cell just as the radio advertisement indicated. He picked up the phone and was extremely courteous and professional. I explained my situation and he was able to match the internet price from another dealership. He even offered a free delivery of my new van (2016 Honda Odyssey) to my house, which is 90 miles away from Honda Galpin dealership. He closed the deal and came to my home to deliver the new van and all paper work to sign. Instead of spending the usual 6-8 hours at the dealership to negotiate and hear all kinds of sales pitches, the process was extremely smooth and literally took 30 minutes. I see no reason to go with anyone other than Don Rohde and his son Erik Rohde. He is the best and has a special grace and gift to view his work place as his opportunity to serve and bless others. He is a man of His words. I highly recommend Don to anyone looking to buy or lease a brand new vehicle (he could assist you with most models). Don Rohde is wonderful! Just bought my 7th vehicle from him. I went to Galpin Ford and Don Rohde. This will be the 7th vehicle I bought through him since 1989 (five sedans and two trucks). Back in September, I h I went to Galpin Ford and Don Rohde. This will be the 7th vehicle I bought through him since 1989 (five sedans and two trucks). Back in September, I had first ordered a Fusion but it never materialized. But I really wanted a Taurus. I'm retired now and I really wanted a top-of-the-line car. Even though I go back and forth to L.A. several times a month (around 200 miles each way), I didn't really care about the MPG; I just wanted a higher-end car. When it was apparent that the factory was not going to get a Fusion to me (I am replacing a 2005 Five Hundred with 235,000 miles, also sold to me by Don), Don went looking for the Taurus I wanted (white exterior with tan leather interior). He was able to find one and I drove it off Galpin's lot on Nov. 25. More
