This dealership unfortunately had terrible customer service, waiting hours just to see the car. After loosing the keys and many other hiccups Zabi Rahmany proceeded to help me. He had great service even though the Honda dealership was not accommodating. More

We sat down and she went over all my options, answered my questions and concerns, and provided all the info I was looking for. In no way did I ever feel rushed. Delfi was very patient with me. They were able to work with me to get me into a new car and at a payment I was comfortable with. Veronica was also very nice and helpful, she assisted with final paperwork and warranty. More

Zabi Rahmani "Z" Best Person and Salesman Was not looking top buy a car that day just waiting while my son's car was serviced. Z approached us only to offer any help we may need. On a whim my wife expressed that if we could find a Ford Explorer within the right price range we may be tempted to consider buying. Nothing immediately available , but Z tracked us down in the service area. He had gone out of his way to find the vehicle in the adjacent Galpin VW lot that met what we described. He treated us with respect and patience and worked with the sales manager to get us a deal that made sense. It was obvious that he is a family man and was concerned about ensuring our family was well taken care of. While we waited for finance offered us a meal and then after my wife went home , followed me home so we did not have to make my wife drive back to the dealership. WOW, I rarely find customer service like this anywhere. Speaks volumes of Galpin's leadership holding true to their vision and mission. More
