Worst experence with service I have ever seen, Towed my new Taurus that was bought at Galpin to Galpin Ford Service as it would not start and when it finally did, would not go more than 25 miles Towed my new Taurus that was bought at Galpin to Galpin Ford Service as it would not start and when it finally did, would not go more than 25 miles a hour, car was there almost 2 weeks, called everyday, took them 5 days to return first call, finally after 12 days they tell me car is ready, went to pick it up, would not start in there lot, waited two hours and finally they bring it up, drove it home, will not run after shutting it off and the battery is fully charged, I have called 6 times about them picking it up and fixing it, no call back after two days including the service manager Patrick McNeely, I have never seen a bunch of idiots like the group at Galpin Ford More

Awesome and easy!!! This was my first new car purchase. I met James Auen and as soon as I walked in, he make us feel welcomed and at ease.
