First Time Galpin Customers Had an excellent time with Matthew Sanes. I inquired online about a 2019 Fiesta ST, a very interesting vehicle that had been discontinued by Ford and Had an excellent time with Matthew Sanes. I inquired online about a 2019 Fiesta ST, a very interesting vehicle that had been discontinued by Ford and Galpin only had a couple left in that trim. Matthew contacted me and we exchanged a couple phone calls. Both times we talked on the phone, he was extremely polite, informative, and fun to talk to. We set up an appointment in person to check out the vehicle. When we showed up, Matthew was prepared for us. We went on a test drive and instantly loved the vehicle. When we came back into the office to go over numbers, the thing that stood out to me about Matthew is there were no surprises at all. Everything we went over on the phone clearly matched up 100% on paper. That's something you rarely see in the auto industry. He was so clear on everything and made what can be often times be an intense situation.... a very calm experience. Matthew did a great job helping work something out for me to make this deal come together. He aced the #1 requirement, know your customer & make it happen. Through the whole process, there was no pressure to do anything... but we both wanted it to work out and it did. Matthew was extremely polite, funny, and just a great guy to spend time with. customer service a few weeks ago i left my name and phone number with their customer service department on 2 different days..as no one ever answered...then i left an o a few weeks ago i left my name and phone number with their customer service department on 2 different days..as no one ever answered...then i left an online request for call.....nothing happened... then i had a error message pop up on console...i took car to my regular mechanic.....he ordered part from ford.....after installing the error went away but a new message popped up...he called galpin 3 times to get information.....still no return phone calls.....so i will have to take car to dealer but probably not this one.....i am not happy More
