The staff at this dealership went above and beyond for me, especially Luis. From the initial call to set up a service to the follow up after the service was complete was excellent. I am 7 months pregnant and was away from any friends and family that could help me so the kindness that this team displayed was greatly appreciated. It is definitely not something you would expect from a dealership. Luis and his team made sure that my car was fixed by the next day to ensure my safe travels home and not leave me stranded in Dallas for the weekend. The price is fair and the service team is trustworthy. I was not overcharged or over-quoted for repairs that needed to be done (unlike a certain dealership here in Houston). I normally avoid dealerships for repairs for that reason, but this dealership surpassed my expectations and did not take advantage of someone who knew nothing about cars. Thank you! More
