I have never used you for an oil change, but I decided to with a coupon for $49 full synthetic. My bill was $90 at pickup. I came in last night to get an estimate of what my Ford Escape would be for a trade-in. Gunner immediately greeted me with a smile. He was very professional and friendly. I bought the vehicle within a couple of hours of stopping in when I was just planning on looking and getting some price comparisons. When we were done, Gunner went to shake my hand and I had to give him a hug - I felt like I had made a new friend!
