I thought the sales team lacked experience, which led to confusion. Honestly, I think the dealership’s service advisors should be the salesmen and finance managers. Maybe the service department can host a professional development class for the sales department. To make the process easier and fair, I always recommend buyers to have someone with negotiating experience tag along to assist in the transaction. More
