They did a great job fixing my Yukon. We had a transmission problem and it was quickly repaired and back on the road. My family of 6 was so pleased! Brought my car in to have some minor service performed. What was supposed to take 1.5hrs took 10 days. Inexperienced Tech's. Gary Mastronuz, service advisor extremely dishonest and rude. After making my car no longer drivable he told me to pay him 2 hrs labor and come down and tow my car out of there. I spoke directly with owner (Michael Gallagher) as he stood behind the poor attitude and the bad practices of the service dept. The horrible treatment I received here definitely starts from the top and works its way down. Come to find out Gallagher Buick has one of the worst reputations in the area. Sent an email to all buick dealers, got a quick email back from ron at gallagher's that answered my question and gave me a few more vehicles to look at. We made an appointment to come and look at the car back from ron at gallagher's that answered my question and gave me a few more vehicles to look at. The finance process was painless and we able to get a extended warranty for the term we wanted. I would absolutly reccommend this dealer accross the board. We were given a tour of the service and body shop when we picked up our new Lacrosse and feel great about the store we bought it at. 5 stars. More
