Best car buying experience ever!!!!! I live an hour away from Galeana Kia. I found them online, and made the call. I was very pleased with the speed in which I was called back by Zack. I told him I was pricing Kia Fortes and I had already been to Fuccillo Kia looking at a 2016 base Forte. I wanted to see what they had to offer. Not only did he match their price, Zack got me in a 2017 w/ the upgraded package for $3 less a month!!!!! So I filled out some forms online, made an appt. and that was it. I made the 1 1/2 hr drive the next day, test drove the car, signed the papers and that's all she wrote! The car was mine. They had me in and out in 1hr and 45min. That has to be some sort of record or something. I knew what I wanted, since I had test drove the Forte before, so I just basically bought a car online. That's crazy, right? So don't waste your time going anywhere else. You will get a better deal and be treated like a human being at Galeana Kia. I would do business with him again when I am ready.
