I had a terible experience with the Galeana boby shop. After 4 weeks of them having my car I went to pick it up. After going over the car i noticed parts were not replaced on the car that I was being char After 4 weeks of them having my car I went to pick it up. After going over the car i noticed parts were not replaced on the car that I was being charged for. That is insurance fraud in my eyes. After another 2 weeks I got the car back and it still didn't drive correctly. I spoke to the GM by the name of Greg and he said he would make sure everything is fixed. After bringing the car back a 3rd time it's still not fixed. They would not go back to the insurance company to get the car back driving the way it did before the accident. I didn't once receive a phone call from them in 6 weeks. I had to call them every time. More
