Great Teamwork !! I went online and spoke with Caroline. She set up my appointment. When I arrived, I was met in the parking lot. He brought me in to meet with his sal I went online and spoke with Caroline. She set up my appointment. When I arrived, I was met in the parking lot. He brought me in to meet with his sales manager. He checked his computer and in a matter of minutes I was sitting with my salesperson, Loida Torres. We went over what I was looking for she found exactly what I was looking for. Loida was very professional and never pressured me. We went for a test drive and I told her that this was the car that I wanted. I was then turned over to Chris to handle the paperwork while Loida was getting the car detailed. When the paperwork was complete my car was ready. I was in and out in about two hours. Tony made sure the vehicles we intended to test drive were ready to go, then helping us explore options. When I decided that we wanted to go with the 2015 Ram he put together a great deal and I’m very pleased. The truck is everything I wanted solid, comfortable and has all the technical features I really wanted. We send everyone we know to see Tony Double, he is the best salesman ever. Beware! 1. Be prepared for being lied to. Sales manager couldn't keep up with which lie he had told us. 2. Watch out on Internet pricing vs. actual MSRP pr 1. Be prepared for being lied to. Sales manager couldn't keep up with which lie he had told us. 2. Watch out on Internet pricing vs. actual MSRP price on car. On the Internet price they marked up the MSRP price by 1000.00 vs what was actually on the sticker on the car. That's were the lying started the sales manager gave us 3 different answers to the question WHY was there a descrepency on MSRP. We knew the answer, so they could make it seem like they were giving you a ton of money in discounts off the MSRP price. Sales manager and salesman would never tell you that. 3. If you come to this dealership knowing the price you should be paying for the car via edmunds, tru car, nada etc... Be prepared to be treated like crap. Our salesman (ken) went as far as giving us the sob story about how difficult it was to sell cars and how he needed to feed his family and we needed to try being a car salesman just to see how tough it is....... Please, very pathetic. 4. Financing, that is a whole other joke!!! Upselling like you wouldn't believe. 5. Dealership was so ticked that we negotiated a great price and great financing that they wouldn't even deliver the car properly, through the keys at us and said nothing. Didn't offer to show us some basic operating things. 6. AFTER all this guess what......the dealership still made money and the salesman made his chunk of commission! However, we will NEVER buy another car from this dealership and will continue to tell people they shouldn't either. Make the drive to Naples, labelle or Miami. More
