Advance appointment but no tech We called for an appointment to have service done on our 2013 Jeep including warranty work. That was two or three weeks ago. Today was the day. At 5:00 pm we received a call asking if it would be a problem to keep the car overnight. I said okay. Then I asked if they were working on the car. I was told NO, A TECH HAD NOT YET BEEN ASSIGNED! WHAT??? We make an appointment several weeks in advance ON THEIR SCHEDULE and no one looks at the vehicle all day??? I don’t know the result yet, but I think a new service center is in our fiture. This is worse than ridiculous. Customer service in the US is indeed a thing of the past. Sad. I only gave one star because a no star rating is unavailable. More

Sales manager Ross is just as much a liar as Steve. Played games with the Jeep I purchased also. I truly should have known better....I just should have walked away from both deals....BUYER BEWARE!!!! It took two days to get my car back from a 30 minute recall I took my car in for a recall and waited two days for a 30 minute repair to be finished. Many excuses and total indifference by the service rep and sales manager. Even once it was finished I had to wait 30 minutes before they could get my car. I made several attempts to talk to someone but they never returned my voice messages. They have no email address for employees or management that you can contact which is another example of their indifference to customers who are not purchasing. Unfortunately I did test drive two cars with the intention of buying but will now find another dealership to work with. More

After our purchase, he still stuck with us to make sure we totally understood all that our vehicle has and how to set everything up (most salespeople would move on to find other customers). From our experience, after purchasing many cars in our life, he WELL EXCEED ALL EXPECTATIONS.
