Good Service I went to Galeana Jeep for another of many recalls on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I arrived, I noticed that I was due for a oil change and tire I went to Galeana Jeep for another of many recalls on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I arrived, I noticed that I was due for a oil change and tire rotation. I decided to get the oil change but deferred the tire rotation since I could get that for free at Costco ... where I bought the tires. While waiting for my SUV, I thought I’d check the Galeana website for coupons. Sure enough, there was one for oil change and tire rotation for $39 that is in effect until 12-31-2019. Service was performed in a reasonable amount of time and I went to the cashier. When I got the bill, it showed a $50 charge for the oil change. I presented the coupon from their website and they made the $11 adjustment but were surprised that the coupon existed. I think the service advisors should know about and offer the savings when I arrived to request service. Ford has a service called The Works and this is available all the time. Why should Jeep be non competitive? More

A few comments if I might...... arrived at 11:30am with r equest for oil change and new wipers and my keys were returned to me at 1:30pm, 2 hours seems a bit of a stretch. Ernesto gave me 10% off the cost of equest for oil change and new wipers and my keys were returned to me at 1:30pm, 2 hours seems a bit of a stretch. Ernesto gave me 10% off the cost of filter and oil amounting to $4.40 for my long wait. Nice gesture but seemed petty. Also charging me $9.95 to replace my $40.00 wipers irritated me when every auto parts store does it for free. It is what is and I'm done ranting now. Have a great day!!! 😎 More
