Liars I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler and don’t get me wrong - I like my Jeep. I have been in jeeps and a customer here for the past 5 years. I used to rave about the customer service at this dealership. NO MORE. The previous owner traded in the Jeep with only one key. I was told they would get me another key by Edwin Leiva. Now - after the purchase is over - it can happen ONLY IF I PAY FOR IT. REALLY????? Edwin also said the dealership would take care of getting me home when I brought the Jeep in to have the seats redone. ANOTHER LIE. I had to go to enterprise and rent a vehicle. I came to this dealership even though I live much much closer to Cape Coral Jeep because I felt like an appreciated customer at Galeana. I no longer feel that way. I feel like they just said what I wanted to hear to get the deal done. More

Last week I took my car for basic oil and filter change, Leo, young kid took care of me and Since the day I bought my car the service had been great. Last week I took my car for basic oil and filter change, Leo, young kid took care of me and answered all my questions. I end up with a great deal package that not only include the oil and filter change but it takes care of the tires rotation as well.
