John does a good job explaining the policies available for the vehicles and their importance and relevance in relation to my personal needs. Everything was presented to me in a straightforward manner by both associates. I also appreciate how the employees I have dealt with follow up with me if I have any questions or issues. this is the worst agency I have ever encountered. The 22 lawsuits brought against the owner of this agency, Bob Ciasulli, a few years ago, attest to the lack of quality and honesty of the sales team.
