I just purchased a new Toyota Sienna from Galaxy Toyota. I found the people to be friendly and knowledgeable, which made the buying experience very pleasant. Not one aspect of my service went well. The work took longer than scheduled. I was billed for labor on a recall. My loaner car reservation was lost. Galaxy Toyota Sold me a Car and two days before I went to pick it up they SOLD IT FROM UNDER ME TO SOMEONE ELSE. I made a deal for a car on Monday, test drove it, signed a contract and left a deposit of mor pick it up they SOLD IT FROM UNDER ME TO SOMEONE ELSE. I made a deal for a car on Monday, test drove it, signed a contract and left a deposit of more than half the value of the car and made arrangements to pick it up 4 days later on Friday. In the mean time I listed my current car for sale and sold it, but on Thursday evening I got a phone call from Galaxy Toyota telling me they sold my car to someone else. Can you imagine what a position they left me in? I do not even have a car to get to work in! They are Dishonest and Unprofessional Greedy Slimeballs? More
