From day one Jimmy made the car process simple and easy. He definitely did not act like he was trying to make a sale, but was there to answer all the questions I had. There were a couple instances where I just came in to ask some questions and it felt more like I was just hanging out with someone and just shooting the breeze. It was a completely no pressure situation the entire time and it made him very easy to deal with. He was also diligent on my requests for the vehicle and it turned out exactly as what I had asked for. I always hear complaints about car dealerships but based on my experience here, I really don't see what all the fuss is about in this process. Jimmy and his team made everything plain and simple and never left me frustrated or out of the loop. Nick did a great job from start to finish when purchasing my new 2011 camry. He was very straight forward, as i am, and we worked together to get the deal done.
