I initially spoke with Carolynn Smoljan who was more than helpful. She then put me in the capeable hands of Jimmy Chretien. He was very knowledgeable, reassuring and easy to talk to. I walked away with a newer car and a very happy customer. NOT ONCE did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. I was shown different vehicles and allowed to make my own decision. Once again, NOT ONCE did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Jimmy was not aggressive at all. I told him what I liked and he showed me what he had. All I had to do was test drive and choose. I've always purchased or leased my vehicles from Galaxy Toyota and representatives like Jimmy and Carolynn are the reason I keep coming back. More
April 19, 2011 I came to the dealership on April 16th April 19, 2011 I came to the dealership on April 16th because my 2007 Prius coded on Route 35 and I wanted the Toyota mechanics to fix it. While w April 19, 2011 I came to the dealership on April 16th because my 2007 Prius coded on Route 35 and I wanted the Toyota mechanics to fix it. While waiting for the diagnosis, I meandered into the new car showroom to see the new 2011 Prius, but there weren't any on the showroom floor. Mike DePonte asked me if he could help and I said "what no Prius'in the showroom"? He told me that they just sold the one on the floor but that there were more in the lot. He asked me if I was in the market for one. I asked him if he could perform a miracle. He asked why and I told him that my credit score was low. He asked me if I made all of the Toyota payments on time. I told him that even when I was unemployed for a whole year I made my payments on time. He then asked me if I had any down payment funds and I told him yes. I had a seat at his desk. He went into to see the Manager and in less than 5 minutes came out and told me that I would be going home in a brand new Prius today. Well, I nearly died. I was so happy, I can't begin to tell you. Words cannot express how ecstatic I was. He told me that the entire computer system on my 2007 Prius died and that it would cost $2,000.00 to fix. So when he told me I was going to get a new Prius he literally pulled me right out of the frying pan because I would have had to pay the price. I drive to work every day. After I signed all of the papers, he brought me into Bernie your Finance Director who explained the Gap and Service Protection Insurance. I want you to know that out of all the times I purchased a car, this experience, by far, was the absolute best. I drove home that day with a winter gray, 2011 Prius.I have given your dealership the highest recommendation possible because of the swift, professional, friendly and absolutely stress-free experience I had. I even had to thank the General Manager for his approval. I want you to know that even before I ever bought my first Toyota, I vowed never to buy an American car again because something always breaks on them within the first year (like the transmission). Whatever Galaxy Toyota does, never ever let talent like Mike DePonte get away from you. He is the best! More
We walked into Toyota on Saturday to inquire about the Highlander and my husband and I were introduced to Dave to assist us. Dave was quite friendly and very knowledgeable about the Highlander. We took a test ride and were quite happy with the car and the color. We were also interested in a Honda Pilot. We were then given the worked up numbers for our trade-in and the possibility of buying a new car. We still at that point were not sure what we were going to do. Dave then went back to the sales people and we were given new numbers by Sam. We were both very happy with the new price and decided to buy a Highlander which so far are very happy with. We then spoke to John who was also very friendly and quite knowledgeable. We were very happy with the experience at Galaxy and would recommend them to our friends and family. Nancy & Tom Minogue More
I already own a car purchased from this dealership and went to purchase a replacement.. The sales person was inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was prepared to purchase a vehicle the day I visited but was so turned off by the experience that I will find it hard to deal with them in the future. They called after I left to raise the offer on my trade-in by 45%. This makes me believe that they were trying to cheat me. More
Within the very first minutes we walked into this dealership we knew we were going to do business with this company. We were greeted politely upon entry by the salesman Mike. We told him what we had in mind and he wasted no time by bringing us out to the lot to show us what he thought we would be interested in and boy was he spot on. We wanted a safe economical car that would get great gas mileage. With the budget we had to work with he suggested the Corolla Sport. We went out with Mike to take it for a spin and we fell in love with it. When we got back to the dealership Mike answered all questions we had about the vehicle and Introduced us to the financing man Al. We worked out all the financing details with Mike via Al. The 2 of them together went above and beyond guiding us through the process as we aren't very experienced with purchasing a new car. All of our wants and needs were met and we couldn't be happier with the car we bought! Thanks again Mike and Al for All your Help! More

The first day me and my dad went to toyota to look at cars, he met a sales person named pete. They talked and looked around for a bit then we left. Pete is very friendly always happy and always has a smile on his face which i like. He is one of the best sales person i have ever met and i mean that. All of us got along great and if myself or anyone would want to buy a new car and wants to go to toyota, i would recommend to ask for pete because he will help you find what you are looking for.
