After I test drove the car it was time to negotiate. Usually this is the worst part of it all but it was not a lot of back and forth. We only went back and forth on price once. I was very comfortable with the deal that I got. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this dealership and in particular go see my salesman Nick. I drove out with my new Rav4 that same night and I absolutely love it! When the car arrived, I was nervous about taking a test drive because the Prius operates somewhat differently from my previous cars. Jimmy explained clearly and patiently how everything worked and put me at ease so that I was driving comfortably immediately. If he ever wants a career change, he should become a teacher. The person handling paperwork and financing, Bernard Carty, was also well informed and clear in his explanations. I never felt any pressure from either Jimmy or Bernard. My new Prius was delivered to my house at my convenience. I'm very happy with this dealership. More
