The experience with the two sales professionals, was the best I have ever had. This is my first Toyota purchase and I am very happy with the car and the whole experience. I feel that I was treated with respect and as a consumer I was very favorably impressed. I felt that he had my interest at the forefront during the experience. I will certainly tell all my family and friends to visit the dealership when looking for a new or used car.. By the way the reason I came to Galaxy Toyota was because my colleague had a very good experience just last week. Although I was not initially looking to buy a Toyota, I am certainly glad I did!!! I stopped in to look at the Highlander and ended up trading in our Nissan Altima (coming off lease) and my XC70 for a new Highlander and Camry Mike was great. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. Nick was WONDERFUL! Very personable & more importantly EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the car There was no question I could ask, & I asked plently, that he could not answer.
