Matt Mason was the sale agent that took my call. He was very polite and professional and did everything that he promised. He told me that he would personally check if the used car that I was interested wa very polite and professional and did everything that he promised. Young and one of the newer sales agents, he was very enthusiastic and honest. His customer service was outstanding. He didn't spend a lot of time with the management as I know that all sales agents are required to consult with the management. So kudos to the management also for being expedient. I was a little on edge at first, being that past experiences at auto dealerships were like as fun as getting a root canal, so it was nice that this experience was completely positive including the good deal I got on a used vehicle. I have had my eye on the Prius for a while and I really wanted to get into one asap since I have a long commute and my car is good on gas but not very comfortable.
