Matt Mason was the sale agent that took my call. He was very polite and professional and did everything that he promised. Young and one of the newer sales agents, he was very enthusiastic and honest. His customer service was outstanding. He didn't spend a lot of time with the management as I know that all sales agents are required to consult with the management. So kudos to the management also for being expedient. I was a little on edge at first, being that past experiences at auto dealerships were like as fun as getting a root canal, so it was nice that this experience was completely positive including the good deal I got on a used vehicle. Kudos to Matt Mason, his manager Chris Mercer, and the finance guy Young. I highly recommend Galaxy Toyota. More

I have had my eye on the Prius for a while and I really wanted to get into one asap since I have a long commute and my car is good on gas but not very comfortable. I visited the dealership, not knowing if I was going to be able to do anything since I was a little upside down on my trade in. I worked with Hiram and Ed on the sale and they were really great. We were able to negotiate something that worked for me and I am the proud owner of a new Prius!! John Park in finance was also great - he explained everything and answered all my questions. The overall buying experience was really nice and I would highly recommend Galaxy to anyone looking for a Toyota or a Scion. Ed even gave me change to get a snack and soda while I was waiting! You can't beat that for customer service. Enough about the people, the car is fantastic also! I look forward to my new "toyotaffaire" and know I will enjoy my driving my Prius every day. More
