Let's face it - car salesmen don't exactly have the best reputation. I was expecting the worst but was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into Galaxy Toyota on a whim. Mark Coley was very mild mannered, pleasant and polite. He spent a lot of time explaining the car's interior and exterior features to me. He paid attention to my needs. I did not feel substantial "pressure" from him to make a purchase. I had also been expecting some difficulty with getting a fair amount for my trade-in. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. Chris Mercer was an absolute doll. He worked very hard to work out a financing agreement that met my needs. He was also very pleasant. The dealership was very busy and he apologized profusely for the long wait. The showroom employees were so pleasant that I didn't even mind waiting. I was surprised at how many salesmen stopped over to introduce themselves. The next day, Mark called me to see how I was enjoying my new car. I would also like to add that while I was wandering around the used car lot, a Galaxy employee stopped me to see if I was OK and if I needed a sales rep. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at Galaxy. More
