I was treated fairly by a sales representative who was very patient even though I was a tough negotiator. I went into the store just to get a sense of what was available and because Hiram provided excellent service and gave me the best possible deal, I left purchasing a new car. This made my trip from Freehold well worth the time. More

This most recent experience was when I turned in my leased vehicle and purchased a 2011 Prius (my second Prius from Galaxy). There are many new faces in the showroom with the change in management, but they continue to be responsive without being pushy. I had been accustomed to working exclusively with a previous salesman, and this was my first experience with Mike DePonte. He was very personable and concerned that I was fully satisfied. When a question arose about my qualifying for a promotional sales program, he advocated on my behalf and ensured everything went smoothly. The Finance manager John Park was very effective with the paperwork. I will continue to use Galaxy for my family's Toyota needs - both sales and service. More
We walked in cold ... not even sure we were buying a car and two days later left with a 2012 Camry. Laura Patton and sales manager, Ed Martins, were super professional helping us along the process.
