My husband and I have purchased 2 cars from Galaxy Toyota in the past year and would do so again in a heartbeat. Everyone is courteous and trustworthy. Our Sales Associate, Dave Teller, is the best. He is honest, which is VERY important, and knowledgeable in all aspects. He is a salesman who, if he doesn't know the answer will find it out and always gets back to you. He never leaves you hanging and waiting for days. To us that is very important. Customer Service at Galaxy is great in the whole dealership.....Sales, Finance and Service. I was there to trade in my Corella for a new one. I saw Peter Otis and he sat down with me and explained everything to me slowly and correctly. Its so nice to actually have someone be nice,thorough and not rushing to get the deal done.I have been with Toyota for yrs now, this is my 3rd car from that dealer. I would recommend them to anyone. The reason I say these things is because a lot of men talk to women like we are duds when it comes to cars and sports. They think the visor/mirror is what we want to see. We really want to know that the car is sound and reliable,without looking under the hood.I have had friends that were taken advantage of by other car dealers and I tell them to go to Toyota in Eatontown, NJ. That even when we don't know it all someone will explain it to us. And if I need to know something, I can go back and they will take the time to make sure I know whatever it is. More

Let's face it - car salesmen don't exactly have the best reputation. I was expecting the worst but was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into Galaxy Toyota on a whim. Mark Coley was very mild mannered, pleasant and polite. He spent a lot of time explaining the car's interior and exterior features to me. He paid attention to my needs. I did not feel substantial "pressure" from him to make a purchase. I had also been expecting some difficulty with getting a fair amount for my trade-in. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. Chris Mercer was an absolute doll. He worked very hard to work out a financing agreement that met my needs. He was also very pleasant. The dealership was very busy and he apologized profusely for the long wait. The showroom employees were so pleasant that I didn't even mind waiting. I was surprised at how many salesmen stopped over to introduce themselves. The next day, Mark called me to see how I was enjoying my new car. I would also like to add that while I was wandering around the used car lot, a Galaxy employee stopped me to see if I was OK and if I needed a sales rep. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at Galaxy. More
