they were absolutely horrible i sent my sisters car there to fix a simple flat tire saturday and had to wait over an hour for that, it was covered under toyota care but still an hour? so after that i drove t to fix a simple flat tire saturday and had to wait over an hour for that, it was covered under toyota care but still an hour? so after that i drove the car back to my house and by the end of the night the same tire was down to 5 psi... they are closed on sundays so i had to wait until today (monday) to bring it there....i called about 6 times in 2 hours each time spoke to a receptionist who transferred me to the service dept, but i kept being put on hold until the line just hung up.....that drove me crazy, so i just drove to the dealership and they said they could take care of it without an appointment but id have to wait up to 2 hours...for a simply flat...so i asked if they could have ask someone to take a look really quick because i know fixing a flat doesn't take more then about 10 minutes if you are really inexperienced. So they told me that they are too busy and i’d have to find a ride if i wanted to leave the car there, which i couldn’t so i called a local repair shop and they said they could take a look at it and fix it as soon as i brought it in....bottom line their service department is horrible...even the first time i brought the car there they were horribly rude. i wish i could have recorded the whole thing. well just wanted to write this to let some people know what they are in for hopefully they dont go through the same stuff i did. More
From the start Pete Otis worked hard to ensure I would be in a car by the end of the night. He knew from the beginning which car would be the best choice for me. Although the car prce and payments were more than I had anticipated, his confident assuarance that I was making the right choice aided me in making the descision to purchase the vehicle. John Park's ability to acquire the loan for my purschase shows a high level of determination regardless of the time. Most would have given up after an hour. I would highly recommmend Galaxy Toyota Scion and these to men to any individual looking to purchase a vehicle. More
Pete Otis Worked an almost impossible task of getting our friend a loan for a used car that he needed to secure work away from home to better his life from not working a meaniel job. With his new used car he will be able to secure a well paying job that will change his life for the better. Our thanks to Pete Otis that worked for five hours securing a credit loan for a grown man that had no credit history. A man that believed in payin things with cash and thus destroying his credit of which he has none. With the help of Pete Otis and the woking credit department he now has a car and a nice and reliable one by his standards. It made one man extremely happy to actually be able to change his life. I only wish all involved could see how happy your dealership made a man that knowe his future can now change. Its amazing in a day and age where we have soo much to see what a used car can do to alter a persons life. I would prefer to do business with "GALAXY" Toyota next time i need to purchase an auto and would only hope Pete Otis is there to help in the transaction. More
Mike was fabulous working with me and my wife to purchase a new Prius 3. The Prius is a technically advanced and complicated car and Mike was very thorough in explaining the options, their benefits and how e a new Prius 3. In addition we brought two trade in cars and he spent a lot of time getting us the best price as well as an additional rebate that made our purchase of the new Prius very affordable. Mike personally walked us through all of the paperwork for the sale and title. When that was done he showed us how to use some of the features of the car and connected my phone to the built-in bluetooth system. The last thing he did was have the car cleaned and waxed. By the time we left he had spent almost 4 hours with us. Mike is a great guy and every minute was enjoyable and helpful for us. More

Mike Deponte is the best salesman I've ever purchased a car from. Frankly, I was tired of getting the run-around from other dealerships when I met Mike at Galaxy and I was probably expecting more of the s car from. Frankly, I was tired of getting the run-around from other dealerships when I met Mike at Galaxy and I was probably expecting more of the same "games". However, within a matter of a few minutes I found myself in a genuine conversation with a true gentleman; imagine, I was actually enjoying myself buying a car! Mike helped to quickly locate the exact make and model (a Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited) and we came to a fair price within minutes. My daughter Jenn was thrilled when she drove her car off the lot this morning, and it was largely due to Mike's people skills and professionalism. I will surely come back to Galaxy and seek out Mike Deponte the next time I am in the market for a new Toyota. More
We went to this dealership because of location and easy access. Our first visit was to look at and possibly test drive a Prius. While looking at cars in the lot, Hiram, a salesman came over and offered a t access. Our first visit was to look at and possibly test drive a Prius. While looking at cars in the lot, Hiram, a salesman came over and offered a test drive. He started the car so it would be cool when we got in and gave us a great description of the exterior and features. We then took an incredibly informed test drive with both my wife and me taking turns driving. Hiram explained everything about the car. When we got back to the dealership Hiram offered us the car at our target price. He then offered us blue book value for our 2005 mini van after doing a carfax on it. We had checked at before shopping). The only catch was that this deal was only on the car we had driven which was silver and we really wanted Seaglass Pearl. We did not like the silver at all. At that point, a manager came offer and asked if we would make the same deal if he could locate a Seaglass Pearl Prius III and we agreed, leaving a small down payment. He said it may take up to 4 weeks which was fine for us. About a week later Hiram called saying they found a car for us being shipped to a PA dealer and they would try to get it rerouted. Unfortunately, two days later they found out that the car was a special order and was spoken for. Hiram said he could easily find our second choice, Barcelona Red, but he knew my wife really wanted the Seaglass Pearl and suggested we do a special order which could take 6 to 8 weeks. He did not have to do that, he could have sold us the red and gotten a quick sale, but we are grateful he did. Since we were not in a hurry we agreed. Two days later, Hiram called and we did a conference call with the person doing the order so we would get exactly what we wanted. Four weeks later Hiram called to say my car was in and we scheduled a pickup time. On the morning of pickup Hiram called to see what time we would be coming so he would be sure the car was ready. He then messaged my cell phone with pictures of the car. We showed up at the appointed time and the delivery went smoothly. The car was beautiful. It came from the factory with color matched door guards which we did not order and added $109 to the price, but the dealer honored our original agreement and did not charge us for them. They did try to sell us an extended warranty, but there was absolutely no pressure and we turned it down. Since the car was special ordered it didn't have much gas in it so after delivery Hiram rode with us to a nearby gas station and filled the tank for us after which he walked back to the dealership. During delivery he even set up my wife's bluetooth phone. All I can say is "Wow". This was one of the best car purchase experiences I've ever experienced. When going through the paperwork at home there was a coupon included for a free complete detailing in two years after our last free maintenance ( standard Toyota Care). So, yes, I would recommend this dealer, and particularly Hiram. He knew his stuff, went out of his way to please us and get the car we wanted, and was very personable. More

Shopping for a car can be painstaking, however our at Galaxy Toyota Scion was not. I have wanted a Tacoma Double CAB 4x4 for quite some time now...they made that "dream" come true. Especially Justin was Galaxy Toyota Scion was not. I have wanted a Tacoma Double CAB 4x4 for quite some time now...they made that "dream" come true. Especially Justin was a great salesman. He was knowledgeable and respectful and honest. Though he may have been a bit nervous ( I was his first sale) Justin gave me all the information i needed, and was very patient. Luke Cwiek was his supervisor, a sales manager, and he was very helpful and really helped us come home with our new truck. Everyone we met there was personable and helpful. JP, the finance guy, was quick, proficient and honest... he finalized everything quickly but friendly so we can go enjoy our truck. I was very pleased with my experience at Galaxy. I was not hassled, harassed, or pressured. They worked with me to get what i wanted and at a great price. Now, I am enjoying my new Tacoma... Thanks Galaxy, I'll send my friends and family there!
