I had planned on buying a KIA Optima because I was really impressed with that vehicle, but the dealer experience and pressure was excessive at 2 other KIA dealerships. Went to the Galaxy Toyota dealership and the buying experience was practically as pleasant as the Lexis buying experience (my wife owns a Lexis and when we bought that, it was an amazingly refreshing car buying experience). The Galaxy Toyota experience was pretty much exactly the same -- first class in every way. I have bought 3 cars from this Galaxy Toyota dealership in the past because I love the way they have treated me -- during and especally AFTER the sale in the Service Department. I test drove and thought about buying a KIA Optima this time around after years of Toyota satisfaction -- just for a change of pace after all these years of happily driving Toyotas. But these guys at Galaxy Toyota are class ... and the dealer experience once again won me over. I love my new Camry XLE. Sam and Justin were great. After going through the "meat grinder' at the other KIA dealerships (somebody needs to tell these guys that the car is good, but the KIA dealer pressure is just way too heavy-handed), it nice to be treated like a "person" at Galaxy Toyota. Great dealership. Great experience. Buy whatever you want, wherever you want. But at least stop and check with these guys before you buy. This is my fourth car there -- and for a reason. More
