I really hate the car buying experience,but Nick was a pleasure to deal with. He truly made the experience of getting a new car the easiest I have ever had. I enjoyed working with Steve. He was very attentive and accomidative as well as some of the other sales representatives that assisted in my purchase. The only negative I have is working with the finance de accomidative as well as some of the other sales representatives that assisted in my purchase. The only negative I have is working with the finance department. When the particular individual assured me he was getting me the best financing rate of 20 different lenders, he gave me a rate of 4.79%. The following morning I made a trip to ONE bank and received a much better rate than what was offered...fortunatley the finance department did match this rate. There were a few other issues I had in addition to ths but lengthy to explain. More

My husband and I lost both our vehicles in Hurricane Sandy. After trying countless other dealers and just not finding what we wanted at a price we could afford, we went in looking for a used highlander Sandy. We saw a used Sienna that seemed like the perfect fit. Without pressuring us, Pat helped in making the final decision to purchase. We felt comfortable with Pat, he is very personable and has a great sense of humor. We loved working with him and would definitely go back to him and Galaxy Toyota with our future vehicle needs. I thought I had in store a long, long painful negotiation ahead of me when deciding on a 2008 BMW M3. I have been purchasing new and used cars since 1988, and knew of the negative experiences that could be had with the car purchasing process. To my surprise and astonishment, your sales person John Bitis made this experience quite pleasurable. Along with other members of your sales staff that took the extra time to make our wait comfortable and even offering us beverages, and popcorn. I felt very comfortable with John because of his integrity, honesty, and knowledge that came forward during my transaction. Throughout this past weekend several complicating factors arose in regards to this deal, and even though personal in nature John went out of his way to cater to me and my Fiancé. in any way he could. Note that even on his days off he communicated and assured of the best possible outcome to satisfy us. Not only has your salesman John made a true friend but has instilled the demeanor that an honest salesperson still does exist. As an extension of your dealership and representing your dealership’s goals, business morals I will not hesitate to drive an extra 3 hours any time in the future to do business at your dealership.
