I really hate the car buying experience,but Nick was a pleasure to deal with. He truly made the experience of getting a new car the easiest I have ever had. I enjoyed working with Steve. He was very attentive and accomidative as well as some of the other sales representatives that assisted in my purchase. The only negative I have is working with the finance de accomidative as well as some of the other sales representatives that assisted in my purchase. The only negative I have is working with the finance department. When the particular individual assured me he was getting me the best financing rate of 20 different lenders, he gave me a rate of 4.79%. The following morning I made a trip to ONE bank and received a much better rate than what was offered...fortunatley the finance department did match this rate. There were a few other issues I had in addition to ths but lengthy to explain. More

My husband and I lost both our vehicles in Hurricane Sandy. After trying countless other dealers and just not finding what we wanted at a price we could afford, we went in looking for a used highlander Sandy. After trying countless other dealers and just not finding what we wanted at a price we could afford, we went in looking for a used highlander and found that it just didn't suit our needs. We saw a used Sienna that seemed like the perfect fit. Without pressuring us, Pat helped in making the final decision to purchase. We felt comfortable with Pat, he is very personable and has a great sense of humor. We loved working with him and would definitely go back to him and Galaxy Toyota with our future vehicle needs.
