I enjoyed working with Steve. He was very attentive and accomidative as well as some of the other sales representatives that assisted in my purchase. The only negative I have is working with the finance de accomidative as well as some of the other sales representatives that assisted in my purchase. The only negative I have is working with the finance department. When the particular individual assured me he was getting me the best financing rate of 20 different lenders, he gave me a rate of 4.79%. The following morning I made a trip to ONE bank and received a much better rate than what was offered...fortunatley the finance department did match this rate. There were a few other issues I had in addition to ths but lengthy to explain. More

My husband and I lost both our vehicles in Hurricane Sandy. After trying countless other dealers and just not finding what we wanted at a price we could afford, we went in looking for a used highlander Sandy. We saw a used Sienna that seemed like the perfect fit. Without pressuring us, Pat helped in making the final decision to purchase.
