My wife and I were met in the parking lot by Pete. He was warm and inviting. He had a good knowledge about the vehicles we were interested in (Corolla) and was very easy to talk to. He has a very warm disposition, which serves him well. Once we test drove the car and decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle, he went to speak to his finance person, who was Cory. My wife and I recognized Cory immediately, because he had sold us our 2006 Corolla in January of that year. We had the pleasure of meeting John at the time of purchase of the vehicle, to discuss the various warranties and sign all of the purchasing documents. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Galaxy Toyota and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. You should all be very proud, because this is a very satisfied customer, thanks in part to the commitment to great service that each of you possess and also in part, because the Corolla is by far my favorite car!! I have purchased three of them (1992, 2006 and again in 2013) and I have always been satisfied with their durability. THANK YOU ALL FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!! More

Nick Criscuolo is "The Man". I cannot tell you how helpful and 'real' he is. No sales games, no gimmicks...Nick is the real deal. He is a straight shooter and made the deal happen.
