I was in Jersey Shore for a business trip and my Prius broke down due to a faulty battery/inverter malfunction. I towed the vehicle to Galaxy Toyota and worked with Dean Nichols. From the beginning to the end, I was completely satisfied with Dean's professionalism, attentiveness, and expertise. He gave me a loaner vehicle (another Prius) when the car was in service. Everything was covered under warranty. When I picked up the car, I probed the issue and Dean explained it to me thoroughly with respect and patience (English is my second language). The service that he provided was far superior than that of the dealerships in DC/Alexandria where I live and in Southern California where I purchased the vehicle. He is an asset to Galaxy Toyota and management should take note of his performance and outstanding customer service. More

In the month of June 2013, this dealer sent us an email for 0% APR for ALL NEW VEHICLE. I still have this email. It was even being promised when deal was being made with sale rep. A sudden surprise of 4% A for 0% APR for ALL NEW VEHICLE. I still have this email. It was even being promised when deal was being made with sale rep. A sudden surprise of 4% APR was given by John Park when the contactor came up for signature. This was big waste of my 5 hours at dealership. Dealership makes lot of false promise and is not trustworthy. I was told that my son who graduated in 2011 will get $500.00 graduation Toyota rebate and it was given in the final invoice & contract. I took the delivery and got in financed through my bank at 1.99%. In 2 days John Park calls me and tells that I cannot have $500.00 graduation rebate as we did not took loan through them. Now he was ready to give me 1.99% to match my bank. It is all lies and bad business practice. He threatens me that if I do not do it he will not give my plates, title and registration. After another 2 days he calls me again that Toyota is not honoring $500.00 graduation rebate as my son completed his graduation in May 2011 and we bought in June 2013. So we are 20 days over the limit. This was another lie to cheat me as I could not get through Toyota finance as the contact was never sent to them and there was no question of denial. I called many times Toyota customer care and Toyota finance and they told me it is Galaxy Toyota dealership who is making these stories and they cannot help me as Dealer is independent operated and managed. So I finally was asked to pay back $500 as dealership was holding my plates, title and registration. It is very bad experience for me, I will never buy Toyota again and never visit this dealership in my life More
