I had no idea what I was looking for, but Italo guidance directed me to the perfect fit. it was like he knew me for years... he made my family and I so confortable that none of us can ever imagine purchasing a car from anywhere else. his knowledge of the cars is impressive. he is not the typical pushy salesman, in fact, he took his time to show me several vehicles that according to my preferences, he thought would fit my needs. Not once I felt he was rushing or pushing me to buy, he is very calm and soft spoken, as if he was more concerned with my satisfaction, than to make the sale. I recently scheduled an appointment with Jason for a 10k service. I was expecting a typical hard sell of additional services above the standard oil change. I got quite the opposite experience.
