what a waste of time I walked into this dealership Friday evening and spoke with a sales rep about the 2014 rav4 limited -- I liked the pricing a lot and left the dealersh I walked into this dealership Friday evening and spoke with a sales rep about the 2014 rav4 limited -- I liked the pricing a lot and left the dealership because I hadn't researched around on that car yet I came back the next day after calling 4 other local Toyota dealerships and Eatontown's price being the best, all of a sudden when I come back in and tell them I want to buy the car, the price jumps up almost 100$ a month!!!! I told them I'll go somewhere else because freehold and Lakewood gave better pricing all of a sudden the numbers start going down a little bit here and there after hours of waiting. They told me they would honor freeholds price but they couldn't honor Lakewood's price because that price wasn't right ect ect. I said ok I'll go to Lakewood and see if they'll stand by the price they gave me. the manager looked at me and rolled his eyes, he said ok well when Lakewood's price isn't what you expect you can come back here and well give you this price.... anyway I went to Lakewood and they DID honor the pricing. They gave me pricing at 12,000 miles when I told them over the phone I wanted 15,000 and since they wrote up the quote wrong they still honored 15,000 miles at the price of 12. I wasted 3 hours sitting at Galaxy Toyota and left there with nothing but fustration, It was so uncalled for, can you MATCH the price or not!? instead of keeping me there 3 hours just tell me you cant do it!! At least I ended up going to locally and getting a better deal, I wouldn't go back to Eatontown Toyota More
