Christan Davenport and Dave Velez could not have been more helpful. They were able to get my 2013 Rav 4 serviced while we worked on the lease of a 2014 Rav 4 . They made the process easy and we closed the lease of the new vehicle in little over 2 hours and just in time to P/U my 2013 from service. Very productive use of my time that day and a pleasent experience all around. These guys did what they said they were going to do it when they said they were going to do it and not many folks these days deliver like that anymore. They even suggested if I give them a heads up call next time we may be able to get the lease process completed in under an hour , how effecient is that !!!! More

Refusal of Work on my Avalon I have a 2013 Avalon which I did not purchase from Galaxy, but they have done repairs on it prior to bringing it back. Being that the vehicle is in t I have a 2013 Avalon which I did not purchase from Galaxy, but they have done repairs on it prior to bringing it back. Being that the vehicle is in the process of the Lemon Law for Structural issues, I bought it back being I live 10 miles away. The issues are the inside headliner keeps coming down, and the speakers are blowing out. Galaxy repaired the Headliner 2 weeks ago, and when I put the Sunroof back the air comes in and pulls it down, so I bought it back as directed to be told they were waiting for the Toyota Engineer to come. I am still waiting, so I drove back there and spoke with Tim the Service Adviser, which in return directed me to the Service Manager, who told me they could not and will not touch my vehicle do to the fact it is in the Lemon Law Status. They are a Certified Toyota Dealership and I am leasing a Toyota product, now that is a xxxx Shame. I will "NEVER OWN OR RECOMMEND TOYOTA" to anyone period, not even Galaxy Toyota for turning me away, and sending back to World Toyota where it was purchased in Lakewood. My experience was so incredibly wonderful that I went back for a second Rav4 2 weeks later. Laura Patton was extremely sensitive to my situation . She returned my phone calls and stayed in contact with me until a decision was made that met my needs. Nick Salerno was also very kind and was extremely fair and went above and beyond to accommodate me as well. Hyung Yoo was also very kind in helping me make decisions in regards to financing or leasing. I appreciated the time he spent with me during this very confusing time.
