Was not planning on buying a Toyota! Was looking for a car and really didn't know what I wanted. I test drove a bunch of cars that day and really wasn't even going to pull into Toyota but Was looking for a car and really didn't know what I wanted. I test drove a bunch of cars that day and really wasn't even going to pull into Toyota but my husband turned in and I spotted the Venza. Thought it was a cute SUV so we went into the sales office just to inquire about it. We met with Rich A, and before I knew it, I couldn't walk out without the car. There were really no games, like all dealers, we never say yes to the first offer. I got exactly what I wanted and in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone there was so nice and really easy to work with. I hate playing tough girl at the dealer which usually is what you have to do but not here, I was able to have a stress free, no drama deal! It snowed the day after I bought it and it was terrific in the snow. :) More

The best salesman and car dealership I have ever experienced I am not one to post reviews. However, I have been a customer at this dealership for 10 years and I am on my 5th car from there and I also have all of I am not one to post reviews. However, I have been a customer at this dealership for 10 years and I am on my 5th car from there and I also have all of my service done there. This last experience was by far the best and I didn't think it could get any better. It is hassle free and I never thought I would admit, but I actually trust these guys. My sales rep is Nick "C" Criscuolo and the manager who I dealt with was Al and both were really great. Took a little while but found the car I was looking for and they really gave me a great price and great service. Just so I didn't feel like I was not doing my homework, I went to 2 other Toyota dealerships and they beat the price by more than $4,000 on each. I left that dealership with a brand new car and didn't wonder if I could have done better. If you happen to go in, ask for Nick C and he will take great care of you. More
