He was straight forward and did not give us (my wife and I) any sale pitches or lines. When it came to price we received the best priced the first time. No going back and forth or any of the games played at other dealers. I knew the prices because I did my homework before going to the dealer. Since then I have always returned to Nick C. for a vehicle. Nick. C. is the best. The service department is also good; easy convenient appointments and if you wait they get you out as soon as possible. I recommend Galaxy Toyota and especially Nick C. Ask for him. More

Went in for an oil change, came out with a brand new RAV4 Like I said, went in for an oil change on my 2007 Corolla and wandered around the showroom. Irene Burgos, the salesperson, caught me admiring the RAV4, I need a bigger vehicle because injuries I suffered in the Gulf War are taking their toll now that I'm getting older. I didn't think I could get a brand new vehicle but I recently got a new job where I'm making more money and Irene and her manager sat down with me and ran the numbers. I was comfortable with the deal and traded my Corolla in for ore than I though I'd get for it. I'm glad I stopped!! More
