I would highly recommend being careful dealing with Galaxy In an attempt to assist my mother-in-law with her car lease, I called the sales line to discuss what we wanted. We already looked and test drove the car so there was no reason to go into the song and dance that dealerships require to get a fair deal. I was very clear with what I wanted as I was already dealing with another local dealer and I wanted to compare apples to apples. I was up front that I was talking to another dealer as well. I was quoted a price over the phone for the exact car that my mother-in-law wanted as it was on their lot. I confirmed that we were on the same page. I then made an appt for my wife and mother-in-law to go into the dealer and get the car. When they went into the dealership, nobody was expecting her. There was no appt made and nobody aware of the offer made to me over the phone. I called the original sales person back and she was out for the day. I spoke with her supervisor and they told me that they will honor the quote. They called the sales person that my wife was sitting with and apparently told him to honor the quote. They claimed that the quote didn't include all of the up front costs that I was clear I wanted rolled into the monthly payments. I am left with a feeling that they lied over the phone in an attempt to get my mother-in-law in the door and tried to raise the monthly payments $50. They were not apologetic at all or understanding after the situation was explained. The manager that I spoke with basically told me that it's something every car dealer does to get someone in the door. I will never and would never recommend anyone go to that dealer if they want honesty or integrity(does any dealer have that?). More
DEALER WOULD NOT HONOR THIER COUPON I NEGOTIATED A LEASE OF A NEW TOYA]OTA RAV 4 AND HAD A COUPON FROM "COMMUNITY COUPONS MIDDLETOWN AND VICINITY EDITION WHICH PLAINLY STATES TO NEGOTIAT I NEGOTIATED A LEASE OF A NEW TOYA]OTA RAV 4 AND HAD A COUPON FROM "COMMUNITY COUPONS MIDDLETOWN AND VICINITY EDITION WHICH PLAINLY STATES TO NEGOTIATE YOUR BEST DEAL AND THEN PRESENT COUPON FOR NAN ADDITIONAL $350.00 OFF. WHEN I DID THAT THEY THAT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE COUPON AND THEY RIPPED UP THE PAPERWORK AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE PREMISES. I TOLD IT WAS THEIR COUPON AND I JUST FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS ON SAID COUPON. THEY BECAME VERY NASTY AND TREATED ME POORLY. THIS IS A RIP OFF!!!! They did call me, we did consummate a lease, because my wife wanted the car and I had very limited time because of my schedule to go elsewhere, so they gave me an additional credit of $175.00, and we made the deal. THEY STILL REFUSED TO HONOR THE COUPON WHICH WAS VALUED AT $350.00, WHICH IS FALSE ADVERTISING! More
