At first I was satisfied with the experience mainly because the salesperson was extremely nice and a good guy (but he was gone a few weeks later). Beyond the salesperson, my interactions/visits immediately thereafter and over the course of the year have been mediocre at best. Aside from the fact that I way overpaid (but I accept that that's on me), one year later it's clear that once you buy the car, you are simply an afterthought and no longer valued. In any business, current customers (i.e, potential repeat customers) are just as important as potential new customers. For that reason, I will most likely not be a repeat customer and will be a new customer somewhere else. More
