Only negative was the closing effort by the financial rep to sell us various insurance packages in the event of accidents, loss of value, etc. On the one hand, offered as protection but on the other, detracts from the positive decision just made. I've been through this before so recognize it's customary but one walks away wondering about making an insurance mistake when declining vs feeling good about the lease agreement. Just saying! More
