This is where you want to buy your next car , and you want to buy it from Nick Criscuolo. I had flown up from Florida and was only in town for a few days. I knew my mom needed a new car, so I ha , and you want to buy it from Nick Criscuolo. I had flown up from Florida and was only in town for a few days. I knew my mom needed a new car, so I had done my research and found the new the RAV4 was the right car for her. With that in mind, I took mom over to Galaxy to take a test drive and ensure she liked they way it drove. We were immediately greeted by Nick, he was polite and professional from the minute we met. I explained my situation, and he showed us the RAV4's. There was absolutely zero pressure, we had our space to look around and get acclimated. I new mom would need the 360 degree cameras, so we found a nice Blizzard White Pearl RAV4 Limited and Nick took us for a drive. During the test drive, he answered all of mom's questions and ensured above all she was comfortable. Nick gave us a great deal and we picked up the new RAV the next morning. The deal was transparent, there were no smoke and mirrors and I felt confident in purchasing a car from them. I want to not only recommend Nick, but to also thank him once again for an amazing experience. Also a huge thank you to Carmen Catena and Bobby C, for making my mom's new car happen both very easily and quickly. You guys are the best, and she loves her new car!! More

The nightmare of buying a NEW car & the proverbial Salesman. NOT here at Galaxy Toyota Scion. I met John Bistis, salesman, by chance at my recent visit to their showroom. Immediately telling him I do not want NOT here at Galaxy Toyota Scion. I met John Bistis, salesman, by chance at my recent visit to their showroom. Immediately telling him I do not want to be pressured into a purchase. I told John that I was looking at two other SUV models at two different dealers. I was not sure what I wanted other than a SUV however I have owned Toyota’s for the last twenty years bought at Galaxy Toyota Scion. John’s style of selling was just what I was looking for, how lucky was I? I was back and forth to the dealer a half a dozen times or more, test driving several RAV 4 Models, discussions about each RAV 4 models pros and cons, the incentive programs and how to finance and what was all involved to purchase a SUV. John’s knowledge of all these areas is extensive and does not stop there. He is very knowledgeable about the car industry which also helped me chose the right SUV for me and for me to stick with a Toyota. John made me feel very comfortable and he answered all my questions telling me there are no bad questions when buying a car. He understood that this is a huge purchase for buyers. I never felt PRESSURED and with that style of selling I went from a standard RAV 4 to purchasing a RAV 4 LIMITED based on all that was explained to me by John. I could not be happier and I have only had the SUV for 3 days. John Bistis is very professional, honest, has extensive car knowledge, caring and worked hard to make my purchase STRESS free and to get me the best deal possible. I have already recommended John to family and friends. Generally the Toyota Staff was helpful and friendly. Patrick, the financial person, was extremely thorough in his job explaining all the various insurance packages that are available. Patrick was very knowledgeable, clear and very helpful with all we went over. He was easy to get along with and did his job too with no pressure which I appreciated. I took what I thought I needed based on his explanations. The “nightmare” I thought I was going to go through had turned into a dream with the purchase of my RAV 4 Limited. Welcoming and Friendly! Let me preface this by saying I haven't bought a car in 10 years. I have no clue what I am doing, nor do I know much about cars. I decided to check a car out today, by myself, not knowing what to expect, but not planning on walking out with it either. I had an appointment with Joe Lisciandri and within minutes felt my anxiety go away. We went for a calming test drive, talked honestly about financing, and the next thing I knew, I was buying a car. Joe was so professional, honest, and helpful. Never did I feel any pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. He was so eager to help and work with me. He took care of my rental car that I drove there and really did a great job of walking me through the whole process so I felt good about it. I am so excited to have my new car and am so impressed with the experience I had there today. Everyone from the manager to the finance department was so friendly and real. This is the way car buying should be. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good used car! More

This is the second Camry I've bought at Galaxy Toyota, with the previous one being from 2007, It was a great experience then too, and that's one of the reasons I came back to Galaxy when it was time to trade in for the 2017 Camry (I wanted the latest technology - other than that the old Camry still ran well and had many years and miles ahead of it). Best car buying experience yet I knew I wanted another Prius. I didn't want to spend a lot of waiting time as happens at many dealers. I had my 4 1/2 yr old grandson with me, so tha I knew I wanted another Prius. I didn't want to spend a lot of waiting time as happens at many dealers.
