Bad customer services. Just bought a brand new truck from them with a scratch thought it could be buff out. At the end realize it can't be buff but need some paint job. Great Dealership My wife and I were looking to buy a new Rav 4 . Galaxy had one in inventory that met our needs. I don't like buying a car due to ALL the back and forth you go through and the hours you spend trying to get a deal that meets your financial needs. It was very different at Galaxy. My salesperson Rich and his sales manager Nick were low keyed and listened to what we could afford. Yes, we went back and forth a few times which is normal but the difference was they were really trying to get us a deal that we could live with. They were honest, helpful, and sincere. I would not take the time out to write a review if my experience was not a positive one. Yes, we purchased the Rav 4. And having bought 5 Honda seriously check this dealership out anyway just to see an honest car dealership (no, not kidding), I ended up not going Honda a sixth time and my wife who hates every car dealer she's ever met except for one) she really liked the staff here. . Do yourself a favor and go to Galaxy before you buy - you will see a difference (and if you've been to a couple of other dealers before you'll REALLY see a difference.) . Brandon and the internet sales department at Galaxy restored my believer that not all dealerships are sleazy game playing money grabbers like the two dealerships I went to earlier. NOTE - The following is my experience at other dealerships, not Galaxy Toyota....After going thru a horrible experience the previous week at one dealer, and then earlier that week at the largest Toyota dealership in the area I was angry and frustrated--the second dealership's internet manager guaranteed the cars.com price over the phone, we went there that evening and they raised the price $895 on us and then told me the cars.com price wasn't the real price and then they accused me of lying when I gave a play-by-play of my discussions with them earlier that day. Then to get the promised price the games began... after the "I'll go talk to my manager with your price, please wait 45 minute game" they returned saying my best price was $895 over the cars.com price..we walked out very angry and ready to drive out of state to find an honest dealer who didn't want to screw me over. . I called Galaxy the next day about a listing they'd just posted and asked several times if their cars.com price was the actual price (plus taxes, doc fees, etc). I was told that it was so I decided to give it a try as they were only a half hours drive. When we went to Galaxy Toyota that evening they really sold us the SUV for the advertised price on cars.com with no games, no tricks, no let me go talk to the manager and have you wait uncomfortably. Patrick in finance was honest and helpful - no pressure at all, advice your friend would give you, truly the nicest guy I've ever met in the back room. It was late after we signed the paperwork, but our salesman Brandon stayed a half hour after closing time with us, setting up the bluetooth for each of our cell phones and then teaching us how to use the Nav, touch screen, voice commands, traction control, and other electronics. More

Best dealership! We just leased another Avalon with Galaxy. We always have Laura Patton as our salesperson.
