Dream Car Come True When I walked into Galaxy I never in a million years thought I'd be leaving in a brand new Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road. I worked with Freddy Tapia to When I walked into Galaxy I never in a million years thought I'd be leaving in a brand new Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road. I worked with Freddy Tapia to find exactly what I wanted from their HUGE selection of four wheel drive vehicles. I met with Lauren Mueller to plead my case to wash dishes, scrub floors, or do whatever it would take to get into the 4Runner i had always dreamed of. She worked tirelessly over several options until she came up with a deal that knocked me on the floor. The sale was unbelievably easy and they were very generous with the amount given for my trade in. I arrived the next day and my dream ride was washed, prepped, and ready to roll. Freddy came in on his day off to deliver the car to me and spent almost two hours going over all the bells and whistles my new baby came with. He made sure to mention several times that if I had any questions to call him anytime and he would be glad to help. It has been one week since my purchase and I still can't believe how easy and affordable it was. Including 2 years free maintenance on my vehicle! I can't thank Lauren and Freddy enough for making this little boy very happy. I would (and will) recommend this dealership and the amazing staff to anyone looking for a car and an experience that will be hassle free. More

Terrible experience in all ways Sold a certified pre owned car. The air conditioning didnt work. When we complained they said we must have broken it. It turns out that the repaired it less then a month ago but simply recharged it instead of finding the leak. The sales person was rude, the financing took almost 3 hours, the service was poorly done, and they took no responsibility for a poor repair job. They knew that we didnt live close so they were unlikely to get repeat business, they showed their true colors and stopped caring about us as a customer. I would not recommend anyone set foot in this building More
