Strangest Thing In The World I purchased a Toyota Rav-4 from Galaxy on Tuesday !0/22. I was quite pleased with it. Unfortunately by Thursday afternoon it was obvious I was having I purchased a Toyota Rav-4 from Galaxy on Tuesday !0/22. I was quite pleased with it. Unfortunately by Thursday afternoon it was obvious I was having a reaction to the car seat. I called Galaxy and my salesman KJ Peters and he told me to bring it in as soon as I could. He was off on Friday but he wanted to come in to assisted me. When my Daughter and I got there on Friday, KJ was there and gave me over to Mr Hernandez, the sales manager. It was obvious that KJ had explainede my problem to Mr Hernandez.He was very sympathetic and worked quickly to find a car which address my issue. All I paid was the differential between my existing cars new price and this cars price. Both KJ and Mr Hernandez did everything they could to expedite the process.and the Finance Manager, Ms Mueller, took care of my paper work personally. I am very satisfied with the outcome and I certainly will return to Galaxy Toyota for my automobile needs. More

Greasy, Deceitful, Horrible Managers The managers at Galaxy define arrogant, slimy and misleading. The "hidden cost" agenda blew my mind. However, Laura in Sales and Erica in Service were terrific. Too bad they can't function with managers who won't let them serve customers. What a shame. More
