This is our 14th time to shop for a car, and based on past experiences, it was always a stressful encounter to negotiate a good price. But when we bought our 2022 Toyota 4Runner Limited at Galaxy Toyota, past experiences, it was always a stressful encounter to negotiate a good price. But when we bought our 2022 Toyota 4Runner Limited at Galaxy Toyota, it was a different experience. KJ was patient, kind and knowledgeable to accommodate our expectations. Unlike other salesmen, he was not pushy and arrogant, he is truly an honest professional. Also, the people at Galaxy Toyota are all friendly and nice.
