I hate car shopping. Maybe it’s because I’ve come across too many stereotypical “used car salesman” types who couldn’t care less about ensuring you’re comfortable and mak Maybe it’s because I’ve come across too many stereotypical “used car salesman” types who couldn’t care less about ensuring you’re comfortable and making an informed decision, but instead pull every trick out of their bag to get you to sign on the dotted line. Right from the beginning I knew this experience would be different because of KJ’s calm and caring demeanor. The first thing he did was acknowledge how stressful car buying can be and that he was going to make sure this was as comfortable and seamless a process as possible. Thank you! How many dealerships have I walked into where I’m immediately bombarded with salespeople trying to convince me why I need the most expensive car on the lot. He was also the first salesman I’ve ever worked with who actually educated us on the car we were buying (seriously!). Opened the hood, doors, went through how they worked, the specs…etc. and drove each car side by side and went through the pros and cons of each. What a difference between the usual experience where I’m simply walked to a vehicle and asked if I’m ready to buy. Most importantly I could tell KJ wasn’t trying to get us to buy a car. He was trying to help us make a decision. That’s a big distinction compared to other salespeople who’s sole goal when you walk through that door isn’t what’s best for you, but what’s best for them. He gave us plenty of time to talk it over, helped us way our options financially, and ultimately we decided to go ahead and purchase. I’ll be purchasing all of my future vehicles through Galaxy and will make sure I ask for KJ! More
