I really did not have high hopes, every other Toyota dealership is selling this vehicle $5000-$7000 over MSRP. Several dealerships even say they will sell it at MSRP, however when you get to the dealership they force you to buy a $6000 warranty if you want the vehicle. Amanda reached out to me in the morning and said they can honor the price as long as I could come in the same day, again I was expecting this to be bait and switch. When I arrived to the dealership, I was warmly greeted by multiple people. I was then introduced to Amanda who then introduced me to KJ. I can not say enough good things about KJ, he is very laid back, knowledgably, and friendly. He went through all the pricing, followed by pulling the car up and going through all the features in detail. He stayed well beyond closing time to make sure we were taken care of from the beginning to end of the process. They informed me that the EXACT vehicle I've been searching for would be arriving within a week and I'd be able to reserve it today. When we arrived, my wife and I were treated like humans and not like marks waiting to be scammed. They offered a fair amount for my trade and a deal was made for the desired Tacoma.
