Called about an online Jeep 392. Spoke to Nate and he confirmed the vehicle was available and said he would have it ready for me to look at the following morning. Drove up from Ocala Spoke to Nate and he confirmed the vehicle was available and said he would have it ready for me to look at the following morning. Drove up from Ocala and he was waiting for me. They worked within the budget I set and didn’t pressure me. Great transaction all the way around. In the past other dealers have said the vehicle was on the lot and when I arrived it wasn’t. I was thrilled of being approved however, the time i drove the car home, got all this fraustrating call, text message that i have to returned the car due to this and that.. As they find out have two ban drove the car home, got all this fraustrating call, text message that i have to returned the car due to this and that.. As they find out have two banks on my lien. Have to sacrifice other financial obligations to couped up things for them to get things situated. Very very disappointed. Hoping that they will not do that to their future customer. For this experienced, Lesson not trust them. More
