Bought a Toyota Sienna 2014 which was claimed to be in a good working condition. While test driving heard noises from the back of the back of the vehicle, doubted to buy it. So the long story short ended up, after returning home (144 miles away), at the Official Toyota dealership shop with the estimate for repairs of rear bearings and failed transmission of almost $11k. To say that we are disappointed at this point is to say nothing. Still hoping the customer service will be much better than the purchase experience and we'll get what we spent on repairs back. If so, we'll recommend the business to others. If not, we'll proceed with negative advertising in media. More

Went there to look at and potentially buy a 2015 Toyota Sequoia. I worked with Alonso (who was great and I could tell he wanted to work a deal.) The car itself was priced high compared to comps in the area, another salesperson tried showing other vehicles that were priced the same, however those were 1000+ miles away. After a credit check was ran and saw where we were at a 837 they were a little more willing to negotiate. 2 storm outs later Alonso and I were able to come to a solid agreement and I ended up buying the car. Good family owned business, just wish they were a little more open to negotiations in the beginning! 10/10 recommend Alonso! More
