I love my car. I want to start with that. I do love it; however, I was sent a video. In the video they pointed out the rip in the top - like zoomed in and really sh I want to start with that. They did not do that for the crack in the front fender, or the scraps down the side or the mirror. I was a little disappointed in that since I was buying the car in PA and having it shipped. The financing side of it was also really confusing. I had a balance of X which somehow became X + $268.00. Financing was also a bit of a nightmare. My salesman was great. I really enjoyed working with him - he always answered any of my questions, even after hours and was readily available for me. I appreciated that a lot since I was buying out of state and never seeing the car. I would recommend purchasing in person or getting a second party inspection. Again, I do love my car, and I appreciate everything the dealership did for me, but there are somethings I am just not to sure about. All in all, mechanically, the car is perfect, and I guess in the end that is what is really important. More

Took forever to even get a call back, it was like pulling teeth, told me the car was drivable, was not! Offered to have the car shipped to me, asked them to cover the window before hand so the car would no teeth, told me the car was drivable, was not! Truck test drove fine but is a complete junker. Also, READ YOUR CONTRACT. They tried to back out on 2 things we agreed to. If I had not carefully read the contract I would not have caught it. More

They LIE, smile and shake your hand while doing it. All over replacing headlight bulbs. Bought a car, spent over 20k and it had a headlight out. Must've slipped through their "55 multipoint inspection" All over replacing headlight bulbs. Bought a car, spent over 20k and it had a headlight out. Must've slipped through their "55 multipoint inspection" along with the driver side marker light, driver's side door handle lights, that were out and the license plate light assembly that was broken and hanging by the wires. Albir put the temp tag on. I had to take the car back and they were supposed to have replaced both headlight bulbs, so they match. Both the manager and Albir shook my hand and told me they changed both headlight bulbs. The next morning when I went to work I could tell that they didn't change both of them because the one that was not out was still yellow and dim, while the other is bright, but out of alignment. A bold face lie. Albir told me he actually watched them change both of them. That was a lie. I had the car home for a week and then told the dealership of the issue, via text. I received no reply, no response at all. If they miss these small details then what else was missed?? If they lie about changing headlight bulbs, what else will they lie about?? xxxx, they didn't even clean the car, after it sat out in the rain, for days. I wilI say, they sure cashed my down payment check as fast as they could. I would AVOID this place. More

Well I got what I came for and left overall . .satisfied with my purchase. I wanted my car cheaper but.. they were able to work a workable payment plan for the difference.
