I bought a car from here and drove it only a few miles. Within about a minute of driving on the highway, the transmission system problem warning light came on. I called the dealer immediately, and they told me to bring the car back. When I brought it back, they misdiagnosed the issue and claimed it was not a big deal because it only comes on the highway. I tried calling and texting Paul multiple times to discuss my repair options, but he never returned my calls. Eventually, I took the car to certified Honda dealer in my area, where the issue was properly diagnosed and repaired. I had to pay a significant amount of money to get it fixed. More

I want to thank Daniel for not selling the 2008 Cadillac Escalade with 55k miles to anyone else. In 2008 no cylinder deactivation and it actually has a gear shift, and buttons for radio and a/c. The Cadillac is a Fantastic vehicle. Black on Black and color combo even approved by my wife. I dealt with Julia and I give her professional service 5 out of 5 stars. She provided videos of exterior and interior as well as a driving video, same day as I requested, since I was an out of town buyer. A no hassle buying experience, final selling price just as Julia stated on the phone, and dealing with Bill to rap up the paperwork was straightforward and no hassle. I would recommend this dealership for a smooth, professional buying experience. More
